Someone in the property management and building services department is always available to receive your requests and inquiries. Whether a light bulb needs replacement on Monday morning or an emergency situation arises Sunday afternoon, someone is going to take care of your needs quickly, professionally, and courteously - this is our guarantee.
Our Property Managers are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Monday through Friday, you can contact someone in property management between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm by calling 202.638.3000 or through the service request portal.
If you need assistance after hours, please call the building's security company, Kastle at 301.654.3282 and request that they contact a Property Manager at home and you will be assisted as soon as possible .
Should you need to place a service request, and would like to track its progress to your satisfaction; the most expedient way is to use our online service request portal. Prior to using this system, please contact your building’s Property Manager, Lavon Butler, at 202.638.3000 to establish your user ID. In the Client Services section, located in the lower left portion of most pages of the site, click on “Make a Service Request” and select “click here”. At the log-in screen, enter your user name. Select each drop down and enter all information pertinent to the service request in the space provided and submit the request. The entire building team is then notified of your request immediately. The added benefit of this system is it allows you to monitor the status of your service requests as they are processed by logging-in to the site and selecting either the “Open Work Orders” or “Closed Work Orders” tab.
